Who are We?

The Lycoming County Paralegal Association (LCPA) is a non-profit professional organization founded in 1994.  It is the mission of the LCPA to create a network through which members can enhance their legal knowledge and education.  The LCPA serves as a forum for paralegals to communicate and to expand the development of paralegals on the local and national level. The LCPA is affiliated with the Keystone Alliance of Paralegal Associations

The Lycoming Paralegal Association's Mission is to:

  • Foster active communication among paralegals and to act as a forum for the interchange of ideas;
  • Promote and expand the utilization of paralegals;
  • Participate in the development of the paralegal profession;
  • Promote the educational and professional standards of the paralegal profession; and
  • Improve relations between paralegals and attorneys, and the legal community.
